1. Driving part: There is a combination drive of electric motor and reducer or electric drum drive.The function is to uniformly transmit the frictional force generated by the driving system to the conveyor belt, thereby affecting the transmission distance and direction.

2. Support part: mainly composed of intermediate bracket and roller group. To achieve standardization, the function is to support the load of the conveyor belt and smoothly carry out long-distance transportation.

3. Tensioning device. The function of the tensioning device is to maintain the necessary initial tension of the conveyor belt, prevent slipping on the transmission drum, and ensure that the sag of the conveyor belt is within the specified range. This is also to ensure the balance and continuity of the transmission process. According to the process requirements, there are methods such as spiral tightening, vertical tightening, and trolley tightening.

4.The partial directional device is usually located at the tail of the belt conveyor, and the transportation pressure of the belt is reduced by changing at different angles. The angle of the directional device is closely related to the diameter of the drum and needs to be adjusted on site according to specific circumstances.
