Jiang Gansheng, a seasoned industry veteran with over 20 years of comprehensive enterprise management experience, has successfully started businesses multiple times. As early as 2004, he founded a flexible circuit board factory based on his excellent industry insight and professional skills. Under his leadership, the enterprise quickly gained prominence in the industry and successfully attracted the attention of Luxshare Precision, ultimately leading to a full acquisition.
This entrepreneurial experience not only accumulated rich experience in enterprise operation for Jiang Gansheng, but also gave him a profound understanding of the manufacturing industry. During this period, Jiang Gansheng visited Japan and Germany multiple times to inspect excellent enterprises, and the "future vision" of intelligent logistics quietly took root in his heart. He deeply realized that with the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry, intelligent logistics will become an important direction for future development.
In 2016, Jiang Gansheng set his sights on the future development direction of intelligent logistics and invested in Zhuhai Makerwit Technology Co., Ltd., focusing on the research, development, and integration of intelligent logistics systems for industrial robots. "We only focus on large manufacturing factories, and we aim to deeply explore and penetrate industrial scenarios." Under Jiang Gansheng's persistence, Makerwit Technology abandoned the temptation of diversification and concentrated resources on mastering AGV core technologies. From 200-ton heavy-duty AGVs to scheduling platforms that seamlessly integrate with MES/ERP systems, the company has built a full-chain technological barrier covering design, manufacturing, and sales.
"From the 'cold bench' comes the industry benchmark"
"Sitting on the bench for two and a half years," Jiang Gansheng described the difficulties in the early stages of entrepreneurship. Facing the uncertainty of the market and the complexity of technology, Jiang Gansheng demonstrated extraordinary resilience and determination. He knew that in the emerging field of intelligent logistics, only technological breakthroughs can win the market. Therefore, he led the team to concentrate on research and development, abandoning the temptation of diversification, and focusing resources on conquering the core technology of AGV. From AGV dedicated to the new energy industry to AGV dedicated to the heavy industry, from intelligent warehousing systems to intelligent logistics scheduling systems, Makerwit Technology has gradually built a full-chain technological barrier covering design, manufacturing, and sales.
Taking the silicon wafer cutting scenario in the photovoltaic industry as an example, this process has long been plagued by severe dust issues, requiring workers to wear gas masks during operations. However, dust can still cause irreversible damage to the lungs, and recruiting workers is extremely difficult. To address this pain point, Makerwit Technology has jointly developed and launched the "Graphite Boat Logistics Automation Solution" and its core product, the "Graphite Boat Handling AGV", to achieve a fully automated closed-loop process from "PECVD offline - cleaning - drying - saturation - boat calibration - PECVD online", helping photovoltaic enterprises overcome handling challenges. Currently, this product has been put into use on the customer's production line, not only freeing workers from high-risk environments but also improving production efficiency while reducing the overall labor cost for the enterprise.
